Deflation & Token Buyback
AI-Controlled Token Burning

Rather than relying on fixed burn rates, Walrus Land leverages an adaptive AI-powered system to dynamically regulate token burn based on real-time in-game economic signals.
Behavior-Based Burn Scaling The AI analyzes user activity and categorizes players into behavioral tiers (e.g. passive farmers, whales, new players, or repetitive bots). Based on this classification, burn rates are adjusted accordingly:
📈 Higher burn for extractive or repetitive behavior
📉 Lower burn for new users or active upgraders
Onchain Economic Signals Burn coefficients are adjusted using a set of onchain indicators, such as:
Token velocity (circulation vs. holding)
Upgrade frequency
Battle participation rate
Inflation rate of $WLAND supply
These inputs feed into a lightweight AI engine (or dynamic rule engine) that recalibrates burn intensity in real-time or by epoch.
Action-Level Burn Triggers Specific in-game actions will trigger burn events, such as:
Walrus upgrades
Building enhancements
Energy refreshes or loot-box openings
Claiming battle rewards (if flagged as low-effort)
The burn rate for each action is variable and governed by the AI's current economic model.
100% Revenue-Funded Token Buyback

To further support token value and close the loop between player spending and token demand, Walrus Land commits to a 100% buyback policy:
All revenue generated by the game — whether in $SUI, $USDC, or other tokens — will be fully allocated to buy back $WLAND on the open market.
Revenue Sources Include:
In-game purchases
Tournament entry fees
Off-chain payments
Buyback Execution:
Programmatic, periodic
Conducted via verifiable smart contracts
Tokens acquired via buyback may be:
🔥 Burned permanently (supply reduction)
💰 Redirected into staking, liquidity, or reward pools (based on governance)
